Sliding Step - Close - Hop

Stepping first onto front foot (Man's Left, Lady's Right) with a sliding step (Glide) - close with trailing foot behind front foot - then hop on trailing foot

During the 2nd or 4th sequence or as desired, turn half way round during the glide and closing steps and hop on new trailing foot. Continue in same direction, leading with other foot.
