Circle Right - 4 schottische steps around circle to right (ie. step-together-step-hop) start first step with right foot, after 4th step turn left to face clockwise. |

Ladies dance a highland schottische step towards centre, then another away from centre to finish behind and with her back to her partner. (hopping on left foot, point right toe out to side, bring right heel in front of left ankle, point again then bring right heel behind left ankle, then step-together-step-hop moving sideways to right; repeat hopping on right foot) |

Men repeat, moving away from centre, but returning to own place, then all turn to face centre of circle |

Half ballroom hold with new partner, advance to centre & retire (1-2-3-kick) |

Advance again, turn away from new partner on 4th step to rejoin original partner, facing out. |

4 steps out, finish facing anticlockwise around circle. |

4 diagonal chasse steps (as in 4 Sister’s Barn Dance) moving first to right, then left, right and to left, before the lady turns to face her partner, joining two hands in an open hand hold. |
